Is there parking at the studio?
+
Yes. Oasis is located in an outdoor shopping center directly across from Mt. SAC, with parking available in the lot right in front of the studio.
Do I need to arrive early for my first class?
+
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early so your instructor can walk you through the space, equipment, and what to expect before class begins. Studio doors lock 5 minutes after the scheduled start time, so late arrivals unfortunately can't be admitted.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Wear workout attire that allows for full range of motion. Grip socks and a mat towel are required for all classes. Both are available for purchase at the studio while supplies last.
How warm is the Heated Mat room?
+
Our heated classes are held in rooms warmed to approximately 95°F, so expect it to feel warm and, at times, a little hot. The heat is part of the experience and is designed to complement the movement and flow of class.
Can I attend if I'm pregnant or recovering from an injury?
+
Always check with your doctor first. We welcome clients with modifications — just let your instructor know before class begins so they can guide you safely.
How far in advance can I book a class?
+
Classes open for booking up to 7 days in advance. You can reserve your spot through our Schedule page.
What's your cancellation policy?
+
You can cancel a reservation without penalty up to 12 hours before class. Cancellations inside that window are considered late and incur a $10 fee; no-shows incur a $15 fee. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
What if a class is full?
+
You can join the waitlist right up until 60 minutes before class starts. If a spot opens up, we'll notify you by text and/or email — just make sure your contact info is current.
What's the difference between Heated Mat and Sculpt classes?
+
Heated Mat Pilates is a breath-led, full-body practice focused on core strength, mobility, and controlled movement in a heated room.
Sculpt + Strength places more emphasis on muscular strength, endurance, and focused resistance. Both classes are designed to challenge you through thoughtful, controlled movement without the high-impact feel of a traditional workout.
Is there a minimum commitment for memberships?
+
Yes — memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment, after which they continue month-to-month until canceled. Browse plans on our Membership page.
Can I freeze my membership?
+
After your initial 3-month commitment, you can request up to 2 freezes per year (14–60 days each) for travel, medical leave, or similar reasons, subject to approval.
How do I cancel my membership?
+
Email us at hello@oasissculptstudio.com with your cancellation request. We require at least 14 days' written notice before your next billing date, and cancellations can only be processed after your initial commitment period ends.
Are class packages and memberships refundable?
+
All sales are final. Unused classes or memberships aren't eligible for refunds, though we may make exceptions in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
