Welcome to Oasis Studio. By booking a class, purchasing a membership, or using our website, you agree to the following terms.
Classes must be booked in advance through our scheduling system. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before class start time may be subject to a late-cancellation fee or forfeited credit, at the studio's discretion.
Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. Prices are subject to change with reasonable advance notice. All sales of class packages and gift cards are final unless otherwise required by law.
Participation in pilates, yoga, and other physical activities carries inherent risk. By attending a class, you acknowledge this risk and confirm that you are physically fit to participate, or have consulted a physician as appropriate.
We ask all clients to treat instructors and fellow members with respect. The studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our community guidelines.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Oasis Studio ("we," "us," "our") at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include appointment reminders, class and schedule updates, account alerts, promotional offers, and customer support follow-ups. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase.
You may receive up to 4 messages per month. Message frequency may vary depending on your activity and interactions with us.
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
You can unsubscribe from the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent. If you want to rejoin, you can sign up again using the original opt-in method or reply START. For help or more information at any time, reply HELP to any of our messages.
