Welcome to Oasis Studio! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Oasis Studio's website, Mariana Tek booking platform, mobile application, memberships, class packages, retail purchases, classes, events, and any other services offered by Oasis Studio ("Oasis Studio," "we," "our," or "us").
These Terms apply to all clients, members, guests, and visitors who purchase, book, attend, or otherwise use any Oasis Studio offerings.
By creating an account through Mariana Tek, purchasing a membership, class package, retail item, or promotional offer, booking a class or event, attending the studio, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Our goal is to provide a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment where every client can enjoy an exceptional experience. These Terms help establish clear expectations and ensure a consistent experience for everyone at Oasis Studio.
For purposes of these Terms of Service, the following definitions apply:
To participate in classes, events, or other studio activities, or to purchase any eligible Oasis Studio offering, clients must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
Clients under the age of eighteen (18) must have a parent or legal guardian complete and sign all required waivers, consent forms, and any other required documentation before participating in classes, events, or other studio activities.
By creating an account, purchasing an eligible Oasis Studio offering, or participating in our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. If you are registering or purchasing on behalf of a minor, you represent that you are the minor's parent or legal guardian and agree to be bound by these Terms on the minor's behalf.
Oasis Studio reserves the right to refuse service, deny participation, suspend, or terminate access to our services if these eligibility requirements are not met or if participation may pose a safety risk to the client, staff, or others.
Oasis Studio offers a variety of memberships, class packages, introductory offers, promotional offers, and other eligible studio offerings. Each offering has its own pricing, benefits, eligibility requirements, expiration dates (if applicable), and additional terms, which will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
Memberships are recurring monthly subscriptions that provide access to a designated number of classes during each billing cycle.
Unless otherwise stated, all memberships require a minimum three (3) month commitment beginning on the date of purchase. Upon completion of the initial commitment period, memberships will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis and will continue to be billed monthly to the payment method on file unless canceled in accordance with these Terms of Service.
Memberships are personal to the purchaser and may not be shared, transferred, assigned, sold, exchanged, or otherwise used by another individual.
Class packages are prepaid, non-recurring purchases that provide access to a designated number of classes. Class packages expire in accordance with the terms associated with the package purchased.
Any unused classes remaining after the applicable expiration date will expire, are non-refundable, and may not be transferred, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Oasis Studio reserves the right to modify class package offerings and pricing at any time. Any changes will apply only to future purchases and will not affect class packages purchased before the effective date of the revised pricing.
From time to time, Oasis Studio may offer introductory offers, student offers, referral promotions, seasonal promotions, or other promotional offers. Such offers may be subject to additional eligibility requirements, restrictions, expiration dates, or other conditions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers may not be combined with any other discounts, offers, or promotions.
Oasis Studio reserves the right to modify membership options, membership pricing, and membership benefits at any time.
Members who maintain an active membership in good standing will retain the membership rate in effect at the time they enrolled. Approved membership freezes, as described in Section 3 (Membership Freezes), do not affect a member's eligibility to retain their membership rate.
Founding Members will retain their Founding Membership rate for as long as their membership remains active and in good standing.
If a member cancels or otherwise terminates their membership, any grandfathered or Founding Membership pricing will be forfeited. Should the member later purchase a new membership, the member will be subject to the membership options, pricing, and terms in effect at the time of re-enrollment.
Changes to membership pricing apply only to individuals who enroll in a new membership after the revised pricing becomes effective. Existing members who maintain an active membership in good standing will not be affected by future membership price increases.
Only recurring memberships are eligible for a temporary membership freeze. Class packages, introductory offers, promotional offers, and other non-recurring purchases are not eligible for membership freezes.
Memberships are not eligible for a freeze during the initial three (3) month minimum commitment period. After the initial commitment period has been satisfied, Members may request a membership freeze for qualifying personal reasons, including travel, medical leave, or other qualifying personal circumstances, subject to Oasis Studio's approval.
Membership freeze requests must be submitted to Oasis Studio before the requested freeze start date and are subject to the following guidelines:
Membership billing and membership benefits will be suspended during an approved freeze period. Members may not attend classes or use membership benefits while their membership is frozen.
Approved membership freezes do not affect a Member's eligibility to retain their membership rate, including any applicable Founding Membership pricing or other grandfathered membership rate.
Memberships will automatically reactivate at the end of the approved freeze period unless otherwise approved by Oasis Studio or required by applicable law.
Members may cancel their membership only after satisfying the applicable minimum membership commitment period.
All membership cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to hello@oasissculptstudio.com.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, recurring memberships are subject to an initial minimum three (3) month commitment and may not be canceled during the commitment period.
Following completion of the initial commitment period, Oasis Studio requires a minimum of fourteen (14) days' written notice before the member's next scheduled billing date to process the cancellation request.
Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis until properly canceled in accordance with these Terms of Service.
Class reservations must be made through Oasis Studio's official booking platform, Mariana Tek, using an eligible membership, class package, introductory offer, promotional offer, guest credit, or other eligible studio offering. Reservations may be made through the Oasis Studio website, the Oasis Studio mobile application, or any other reservation method designated by Oasis Studio.
Classes may be reserved up to seven (7) days in advance, unless otherwise determined by Oasis Studio. Reservations close fifteen (15) minutes before the scheduled class start time.
All class reservations are subject to availability and are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
A class reservation does not guarantee admission after the scheduled class start time. Members and clients are expected to arrive before the scheduled start of class and comply with Oasis Studio's check-in procedures. Oasis Studio reserves the right to release reserved spots in accordance with its studio policies.
Oasis Studio reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, class offerings, reservation windows, class capacities, and booking procedures at any time.
Clients may cancel a class reservation without penalty up to twelve (12) hours before the scheduled class start time.
Class reservations must be canceled through Oasis Studio's official booking platform, Mariana Tek, unless otherwise directed by Oasis Studio.
Reservations canceled less than twelve (12) hours before the scheduled class start time are considered Late Cancellations and will incur a $10.00 Late Cancellation Fee.
The reserved class credit will remain available for future use in accordance with the terms of the applicable membership, class package, introductory offer, promotional offer, guest credit, or other eligible studio offering.
Late Cancellation Fees will be charged to the payment method on file. Members and clients are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method in their Mariana Tek account.
Oasis Studio reserves the right to waive a Late Cancellation Fee at its sole discretion under exceptional circumstances.
The standard Cancellation Policy applies to No-Shows.
Clients who reserve a class but fail to attend without following the Cancellation Policy listed in the Terms of Service with at least twelve (12) hour notice will be considered a No-Show.

Oasis Studio reserves the right to waive a No-Show Fee or restore a forfeited class credit at its sole discretion under exceptional circumstances.
When a class reaches capacity, clients may join the waitlist through Oasis Studio's official booking platform, Mariana Tek.
Available spaces will be automatically offered to waitlisted clients until two (2) hours before the scheduled class start time. Clients may join the waitlist up to sixty (60) minutes before the scheduled class start time.
Clients are responsible for monitoring their reservation status. Waitlist notifications are generally sent by text message and/or email, depending on the client's notification preferences. Clients are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information and ensuring their notification settings are enabled to receive waitlist updates.
If a client is automatically enrolled in a class from the waitlist, the reservation will be subject to Oasis Studio's Class Reservation Cancellation Policy and No-Show Policy.
Oasis Studio reserves the right to modify waitlist procedures, timeframes, and availability at its sole discretion.
Clients are encouraged to arrive ten (10) to fifteen (15) minutes before their scheduled class to allow sufficient time for check-in, preparation, and to ensure classes begin on time.
Clients may check in upon arrival at the front desk, through the Oasis Studio check-in kiosk, or by using the Oasis Studio mobile app while within one hundred (100) meters of the studio, if available.
For the safety, comfort, and experience of all clients, studio doors will be locked five (5) minutes after the scheduled class start time.
Late arrivals will not be permitted to enter the studio once the doors have been locked.
Missed classes due to late arrival are not eligible for refunds, replacement class credits, transfers, or fee waivers.
Oasis Studio reserves the right to enforce its Arrival Policy at its sole discretion to maintain the safety and quality of the class experience.
Clients are required to wear appropriate workout attire that allows for a full range of motion. Grip socks and a mat towel are mandatory for participation in all Oasis Studio classes and may be available for purchase at the studio while supplies last. Availability is not guaranteed. Clients who arrive without the required items may be denied participation in class. Oasis Studio reserves the right to enforce its Class Requirements at its sole discretion to maintain the safety, cleanliness, and overall class experience.
To help maintain a welcoming, respectful, and enjoyable environment, all clients agree to:
Oasis Studio reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any individual whose conduct is disruptive, abusive, threatening, unsafe, or otherwise interferes with the safety, comfort, or experience of our clients, instructors, or staff.
At Oasis Studio we strongly place emphasis on providing our clients and staff with a healthy and safe environment. By participating in classes, events, or other studio activities, you acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks and you voluntarily choose to participate in the activities offered by Oasis Studio at your own discretion and choice.
You also represent yourself as physically capable of participating in the activities offered by Oasis Studio and accept responsibility for your decision to participate.
If you are pregnant, recovering from an injury, have a medical condition, or have any concerns regarding your ability to safely participate, you are encouraged to consult your physician or other qualified healthcare provider before attending any of the classes or activities offered at Oasis Studio.
Clients are responsible for informing the instructor, prior to the start of class, of any injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations that may affect their participation.
Oasis Studio reserves the right to refuse participation in any class or activity if it reasonably believes participation may pose a safety risk to the client, other participants, instructors, or staff.
Participation in fitness classes, events, and other activities offered by Oasis Studio involves inherent risks, including, but not limited to, muscle strains, sprains, falls, equipment-related injuries, dehydration, illness, and other unforeseen injuries or circumstances.
By participating in any Oasis Studio class, event, or activity, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation.
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, you agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Oasis Studio, its owners, officers, employees, instructors, independent contractors, agents, and representatives from any claims, demands, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to your participation, except to the extent caused by Oasis Studio's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or waive any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oasis Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our website, mobile application, or the Mariana Tek booking platform, including booking errors, system outages or data loss.
By purchasing a membership, class package, retail item, event, or other service offered by Oasis Studio, you authorize Oasis Studio to charge the payment method on file for applicable membership dues, class purchases, taxes, Late Cancellation Fees, No-Show Fees, and any other authorized charges associated with your account.
Oasis Studio operates as a cashless business. Accepted payment methods may include credit or debit cards, digital payment services, or other payment methods approved by Oasis Studio.
Clients are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date payment information. Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in declined transactions, suspended booking privileges, suspension of membership benefits, or other account restrictions until the account has been brought current.
Oasis Studio reserves the right to collect any outstanding balances owed on your account using the payment method on file, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
All sales are final.
Memberships, class packages, introductory offers, promotional offers, retail purchases, and any other services purchased from Oasis Studio are non-refundable, except as otherwise required by applicable law. Unused memberships, class packages, promotional offers, or other purchased services are not eligible for refunds, replacement class credits, or account credits for any unused classes or services.
Oasis Studio reserves the right to issue a refund, credit, or other accommodation at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances or where required by applicable law.
All retail sales are final.
For health and hygiene reasons, Oasis Studio does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on retail merchandise, including but not limited to grip socks, mat towels, apparel, and other retail items, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
Clients are encouraged to inspect retail merchandise at the time of purchase. Any concerns regarding defective or damaged merchandise should be reported to Oasis Studio promptly after purchase.
Oasis Studio reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine whether a retail item qualifies for replacement due to a manufacturing defect or damage identified at the time of purchase.
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Oasis Studio ("we," "us," "our") at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include appointment reminders, booking confirmations, waitlist notifications, membership and account alerts, promotional offers, studio announcements, and customer support follow-ups. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase.
You may receive up to 10 messages per month. Message frequency may vary depending on your activity and interactions with us.
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
You can unsubscribe from the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent. If you want to rejoin, you can sign up again using the original opt-in method or reply START. For help or more information at any time, reply HELP to any of our messages. You can also contact our support team directly at hello@oasissculptstudio.com.
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Clients are solely responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings while visiting Oasis Studio. Oasis Studio is not responsible or liable for any lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged personal property brought onto or left on the studio premises.
Clients are encouraged to leave valuables at home whenever possible.
From time to time, Oasis Studio may photograph or record classes, events, or other activities for promotional, educational, marketing, or social media purposes.
By entering the studio and participating in classes, events, or other activities, you acknowledge that you may appear in photographs or video recordings captured during these activities and grant Oasis Studio permission to use your likeness, image, voice, and appearance in print, digital, website, advertising, and social media materials without compensation or further notice.
If you prefer not to appear in photographs or videos, please notify a member of our staff before the start of class or the applicable event. Oasis Studio will make reasonable efforts to honor your request whenever possible.
For events where minors are permitted to attend, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent before Oasis Studio uses a minor's likeness for promotional or marketing purposes.
Oasis Studio reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms of Service at any time.
Any changes will become effective upon posting the updated Terms of Service on our website, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Your continued access to or use of Oasis Studio's website, services, memberships, class packages, or other offerings after the updated Terms of Service have been posted constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or the use of Oasis Studio's services shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Los Angeles County, California, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Events Outside Our Control. Oasis Studio shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemic or public health emergencies, government action, power or internet outages, or failures of third-party platforms (including Mariana Tek). Membership billing and commitments may be adjusted at Oasis Studio's discretion during such events.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with any applicable waivers and policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Oasis Studio regarding your use of our services, superseding any prior agreements.
